Staff Appreciation Week Fundraiser
We are over halfway to our goal of raising $3,000 for Staff Appreciation Week and hospitality for the rest of year! Thank you to everyone who has given so far!

Our hope is to have these things for our teachers and staff on Staff Appreciation Week:
+One breakfast including a pop-up coffee shop hosted by B3 Coffee
+Two delicious catered lunches
+Three small gifts with a schedule for the week
+Fifteen different snacks in a snack bar for an afternoon pick-me-up
+Twenty dollar gift card (or more if we raise more funds)
PSF 5K for Education--Deadline Extended!
Run or walk with your teachers, family and friends at the Public School Foundation 5K for Education on Saturday, March 9, at 8:30 a.m. here in Chapel Hill!Adult registration is $30 (extended until Sunday, March 3!) Beginning March 4, adult registration is $35.Teacher and student registration is $20.New this year: 1K Fun Run (untimed). Registration is $20 and includes a t-shirt.5K for Education t-shirts are available to the first 2,300 registrants, so please register today!
Details:
Run or walk with your teachers and your friends at the Public School Foundation 5K for Education on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. here in Chapel Hill. The PSF 5K for Education supports our teachers, our schools and our community. It is a great fun-filled community event which promotes health and fitness and school spirit! This year's event will also include an untimed 1K fun run.
LET'S SUPPORT OUR TEACHERS, SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY
Encourage your friends, teachers and family to register and join YOUR school's team. $10 from each adult registration will go directly to your selected CHCCS school when you register.
LET'S SHOW OUR SCHOOL PRIDE!
The CHCCS school with the most registered participants will become the proud owner of the golden sneaker trophy! Join friends and teachers to cheer for your school's mascot in the historic and memorable Mascot Run around McCorkle Place at 8:00 a.m. Run or walk past your school's designated cheer station and wave and show school spirit!
REGISTRATION
Online registration ends Thursday, March 7th at 7:00 p.m. In person registration is available at Fleet Feet on Friday, March 8, from 12:00-6:00 p.m. There will be no same day registration.
Adult registration is $30 and the deadline to lock in this price has been extended through this evening (Sunday, March 3). Price increases to $35 on March 4th. Teacher and student registration is $20. 1K Fun Run registration is $20 and includes a T-shirt and bib, but this event will not be timed. Strollers are welcome.
Dogs are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Donate to Project Graduation!
Project Graduation is a drug and alcohol free late night celebration for CHCCS graduated seniors and their guests. There will be food, music, a casino, prizes, a photo booth, karaoke, dodgeball, dancing, and much much more! One in six attending seniors win prizes at this event.
Project Graduation provides a safe, fun, equitable way for all graduating seniors to celebrate. Our community has recorded zero fatalities on graduation night since Project Graduation began in 1992.
